Hi everyone, Jon here from the Social Team, wanted to give you a really quick unboxing of the blu PLUS+ kit, so let's go ahead and start.

First you're going to be noticing that the packaging looks a lot like the rechargeable pack packaging, just a little bit better, if you're into packaging, I think you're going to like it. Now you will notice that there are these two tabs, so before you go try to push it open and mess up the box, try to make sure that these tabs are cut so it just easily opens like so.

So let's pull this out, first thing you're going to notice is the pack has a really nice matte finish, much like the Premium/Premium 100. The rechargable pack kind of had a more plastic feel, a lot of users felt that they wanted something more like the Premium/Premium 100 pack. Doesn't really smudge easily, so that's good, slides in your pocket really well, it's slim just like the rechargeable pack was, we really feel like that's a great feature to have. You know, it's not bulky, easy to carry, fits in your purse or in your pocket really well. And you have your LED indicator lights, not going to go into too much detail; this is pack, this is battery. Tells you how much charge you have in each one. And you'll notice the Plus icon, and then this little Plus icon here.

It pushes open, I feel like this is a lot easier to open than the rechargable pack was, that was something else you told us about; that we wanted to make sure it did really well. And it has three slots for tanks, one slot for a spare battery, and another slot that's for charging. This slot is for a spare battery and a tank together, not just a spare battery. So next you're going to see a rewards coupon, if you just go to our rewards page you're going to see all this great stuff you can get with points, so now when you make purchases at retail you will get these rewards coupons, they are going to be coming in the tank cartridges, so every time you purchase at retail you can get points to get some really cool stuff, so make sure to check that out, there will be a link below in the comments section of the video.

And next is, for me, the most important part of this product. Because I'm in social media, a lot of times I'm answering questions about issues that arise, and a lot of times the answers are right here in this User Manual. So make sure that you read this; it will save you a lot of time, and you won't have to call us with Customer Support or get online to ask us questions, and you can just find your answer right here. By all means, save it if you're not going to read it, once you get this, make sure you put it in a spot that you'll remember.

So, let's get into the good stuff. We've got a charging cable, and this is kind of like our Rechargable Pack charging cable in the sense that it's blue, it uses a Micro USB connection which plugs into the pack, so standard on most cell phones that you have, especially Android cell phones, you'll have a Micro USB adapter almost every single time. We decided to have a wall charger versus a car charger, like we had in the Rechargeable pack. A lot of you told us that you wanted the wall charger, so we decided to include that instead of the car charger. A little bit different than what we've done in the past, as you can see you've got kind of more of a square look, it sort of has that same matte finish, a lot smaller, I like it a lot better, personally, and I think you're going to like it a lot better, too.

And then we have the batteries. Now, these are Premium 100 batteries which means, if you're not familiar with our Premium 100 line that you're going to get a lot more out of them. We've also made some advances in the battery so that they charge faster, which is really great. These are going to last about 45 minute to an hour of really heavy use; our original batteries tended to last 20 minute to 30 minutes of really heavy use, sometimes a little less bit than that, so I think you're really going to be impressed with how good these batteries are.

And then we have our tanks. Now these may look kind of like our standard cartridges, but inside, that's where the big difference is. Think of...kind of...you've probably seen the e-cigarettes that are really big, they are see-through, that's a tank.
