Stephen Dorff: Hi there! This is the part of the interview where I am going to be asking Jason Healy, founder and the president of blu eCigs some interesting questions from you guys out there.

SD: Rebecca Conner from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Muscle Shoals, I've been there. “How do you defend blu to the small minded?”

Jason Healy: Well, you don't. You just walk away, and time will come, but you know, you're seeing it more and more, people being small minded about it, but it's more a case of...the smarter, and the people who are looking at the facts and science is growing, so the small minded go get put in their corner and be acknowledged for what they are.

SD: Donna Petrocino. “I heard that the government wants to raise the sales tax on blu eCigs in the stores, is that true? And if so, how are people going to be able to afford them? I love my blu disposables, but if they start raising the prices, unfortunately I'm going to have to go back to smoking the nasty real cigarettes.”

JH: Some states it's not a federal -- it's not happening on a federal level, but some states or counties, even, are looking at raising taxes on them. None other than Minnesota have really come to fruition, but the part that we look at, if we say, "If you have to tax it, tax it on a harm continuum line, so if cigarettes are 50 percent taxed, and we're a harm reduction product, then tax us at 5 percent, and only on the liquid, so it obviously doesn't affect the consumer to a great deal."

SD: And a little similar to what we asked before, Denise Polk asked, "Are the liquid filled e-cigs taking over blu?" Which, no way in hell because they're all independent.

JH: Well, I mean it's choice and freedom within the e-cig market, just like there is within the cigarette market, but blu is continuing to grow and has seen great growth. So it's more that…we have 42 million smokers in America, and e-cigs have just maybe scratched the surface of that, so there's still a huge market for everyone to have.

SD: This has been fun, and it's also nice to be in the spot where it all happened.

JH: Yep right here, Malibu.

SD: And I look forward to the next ad. We should get some helicopter shots in the next ad

JH: Me flying?

SD: Maybe us hanging off the Hollywood sign, smoking the blus, harnessed in, or maybe we base-jump off the Hollywood sign.

JH: There's the guy that was dancing, isn't it? Isn't it the guy that was dancing when we did the TV commercial? Oh no, that's not him.

SD: Yeah there was a guy here that was very, uh, a very feminine dancer that was in the background of all of our shots on the first commercial. I wish we had an outtake.

JH: I wish we had the film.

SD: But he kept creeping into the frame doing these dance moves, and I was like, "Negative, run!" And I was like, "What is going on, here?" It seems like every time I come out on this deck, there is something going on. But we'll probably let the construction team over here get back to work, and we'll probably have a "B," and maybe a little lunch, and thanks to everybody and their questions, and thanks for being a part of this.
